- Margin Money Assistance
- 25% of project cost for micro enterprises (up to ₹15 lakh)
- 15% for small enterprises (up to ₹20 lakh)
- Additional ₹5 lakh for SC/ST, women, PwBD, and youth (<35 years)
2. Technology Acquisition Support
- 50% reimbursement (up to ₹5 lakh) for acquiring new tech/software
3. Quality Certification Reimbursement
- 75% of certification costs (up to ₹3 lakh) for BIS, ISO, FSSAI, IPR, etc.
4. Sustainable & Green Projects Incentives
- 50% reimbursement (up to ₹1 crore) for environmental infrastructure
- 6% interest subsidy on loans under SIDBI’s Green Finance Scheme
5. Marketing Assistance
- ₹50k–2 lakh for national/international exhibitions
- Travel reimbursements for up to 2 persons per event
6. E-Commerce Promotion
- 75% fee reimbursement (up to ₹1 lakh/year for 2 years)
- ₹75,000 for cataloguing/website development
👥 Eligibility Criteria
- Who can apply?
- New and existing MSME units involved in manufacturing or value addition of district-designated ODOP products
- Enterprises must generate at least 50% turnover from ODOP products
- Special provisions for SC/ST/Women/Youth (<35 years)/PwBD entrepreneurs
- Product Criteria
- The ODOP product must be officially notified for the respective district
- Raw materials or processing must occur primarily within that district
📋 Conditions to Avail Subsidies
- Margin money is released only after loan sanction equal to the grant amount
- Applications evaluated by District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC)
